Legacy Ledger

Guide

My Route & Dashboard

My Route keeps your chosen view. The Dashboard uses it to order instances within each group.

  • Selected Order: Drag cards or use the arrows in My Route. Pause keeps a card on your route but takes it out of the active Dashboard rotation; Remove takes it off the route.
  • Gold Focus: Highest recorded Gold + AH per hour from timed runs. A sample count shows how many timed runs contributed.
  • Collection Focus: Shows route instances with uncollected mapped rewards. Most targets come first; ties favor shorter timed runs, then mounts, decor, and pets.

The Dashboard shows available unrun instances first, then available runs in rotation groups: 1–9, 10–19, 20–29, and so on. Fully completed difficulties go last. Dungeon counts use this week's runs; the focus order breaks ties. No rotation milestone blocks another run.

WoW's rolling hourly instance entry limit is separate. The ledger cannot track every game entry or enforce that limit.

Gold & History

Gold is raw coin plus vendor value. AH is the estimated value of materials plus transmog. Vendor items count as earned only when sold; AH value is not an actual sale.

Gold Focus uses (Gold + AH) from timed runs divided by their total recorded run time, expressed per hour. Travel, selling, and posting time are excluded. History can show one character or the whole roster for this week, eight weeks, or all time.

Logging & Resets

Manual Log Run entries count as full runs; the addon is optional. The importer blocks exports marked unfinished. An addon entry with unspecified difficulty remains in history, but does not affect route ranking until you tag its difficulty.

Daily and weekly difficulty availability refresh automatically. Old runs stay in history and still contribute to long-term averages.

Collections & Pins

Mount, decor, and battle pet pins are shared within your region. Reputation pins belong to the character. Logged runs, marked drops, and Armory ownership are separate records; a full run does not prove a specific boss drop attempt.

Account & Local Ledgers

Signing in with Battle.net identifies your account, while the site stores its ledger on this server. Local Ledger keeps a separate copy in this browser without signing in. Switching between them does not merge characters, runs, or pins. Back to Welcome returns local users to the starting screen without clearing their browser ledger.

The local name, such as Illidan L-4263, is generated once for this browser and is only a display name. Its short support ID appears in the account menu. Export a backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device. Use Export and Import in the footer when you want to move a ledger deliberately.

Backups & Data

Use Export to download your ledger and Import to restore a backup. Manage Data can clear the selected character's runs while keeping their profile, route, and pins, or erase the whole ledger after a typed confirmation. No manual weekly reset is needed. After the Reset on Dashboard shows current-cycle raid clears and confirmed uncollected pinned targets in available route instances. Paused route slots and personal My Farms sessions are excluded. Recent instance addon runs show their three highest-valued items.

My Farms

Create a personal outdoor farm for the selected character and region. Log a timed session manually or import a finished WowLegacyLedger 1.6.x farm export. Sort by recently added, last run, Gold + AH/hour, or most runs. Each hourly rate shows its timed sample count. Switch to Summary for this character’s personal farm totals; these runs stay separate from History, Dashboard, and My Route.

My Farms requires a selected character. My Farms is standalone: its sessions, averages, item drops, and Summary appear only in My Farms. They do not contribute to instance History, Dashboard results, My Route, collection targets, or dungeon and raid lockouts. Select Details on a farm to review its runs, edit entries, or delete the farm and its runs.

Outdoor coin and bag gains need review. The addon marks these exports separately from full dungeon or raid runs. Farm runs never affect instance lockouts.

Armory & ownership

Profiles sync once when added. Refresh Armory on Characters refreshes the selected profile and collections. All refresh controls share five-minute cooldowns for the same data, including across pages and tabs. Collection pages load data when opened; cached results remain visible when Blizzard is unavailable.

Collected icons are grayscale with a check; uncollected icons are full color; unchecked ownership has a question mark. Pins remain separate. Collection Focus ranks only confirmed uncollected rewards and uses selected order if ownership is entirely unchecked. A recorded drop is not proof of ownership. You may mark a mount learned pending Armory confirmation.

Feedback

Send feedback from the footer and return there to read replies on your ticket. Signed-in tickets belong to the account; local tickets stay with this browser.

Add Character

Optional: paste an avatar image address from your Armory profile. The profile link is built from your region, realm, and name.
